Dr. Ben Carson and Dr. Cliff Solomon agreed that the most frustrating part of their jobs was being unable to help those people who couldn’t pay for the specialized brain or spine surgery they needed.
The Hope.
The two long-time friends and colleagues realized that, by combining their already existing charitable efforts, they could extend even more help to a larger number of people.

THE JOHANSON'S STORY
Katherine was diagnosed with NF1 at age 3. Over the past 2 years, we have had to overcome many hardships while trying to care for our daughter's illness. My husband lost his job back in 2008, causing us to obtain COBRA insurance while he looked for employment.
